Ingredients
  

  • 10 –12 mini sweet peppers
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 –2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning or to taste

Method
 

  1. I wash the mini peppers thoroughly under clean running water and pat them dry.
  2. I slice each pepper lengthwise using a sharp knife.
  3. I remove the seeds and membranes using a small spoon.
  4. I arrange the pepper halves on a plate with the cut side facing up.
  5. I spread softened cream cheese evenly inside each pepper.
  6. I sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the cream cheese.
  7. I serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Always soften the cream cheese before using it for easier spreading.
  • Add seasoning just before serving for the best texture and flavor.
  • These peppers taste best when fresh and slightly chilled.
