Dice the onion finely.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the onion until soft.
Add the ground beef and break it up using a cooking utensil.
Season with Cajun seasoning, chili flakes, oregano, mixed herbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Cook until the beef is fully browned.
Add the tomato passata and soft cheese, then mix well.
Add a little more seasoning if needed. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place a tortilla wrap on a board and add the beef mixture to one half.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
Fold the wrap over to form a half-moon shape.
Toast in a pan over medium heat, flipping once, until golden and crispy on both sides and the cheese has melted.
Slice and serve hot.
