Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
Optional Add-Ins
  • Cinnamon
  • Dark chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel the bananas and slice them into 1-inch thick pieces.
  3. Arrange half of the banana slices on the baking sheet.
  4. Spoon a small amount of peanut butter on top of each slice.
  5. Place the remaining banana slices on top to form sandwich bites.
  6. Press gently to secure.
  7. Serve immediately or freeze for 30 minutes for firmer bites.
