Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel the bananas and slice them into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Arrange half of the banana slices on the baking sheet.
- Spoon a small amount of peanut butter on top of each slice.
- Place the remaining banana slices on top to form sandwich bites.
- Press gently to secure.
- Serve immediately or freeze for 30 minutes for firmer bites.
